This rig is small in size but big in professional performance. Available in standard execution with 1,0 m width or with variable width from 700 mm to 1000 mm. Rigs on one-axle-trailers are also within the scope of supply.

Depending on type of rig and accessories the weight will lay between 1,8 and 2,3 to.

The rig lifts beyond other brands with its unique console moving up and down along the mast. It is equipped with a powerful drill head and a hydraulic breaker hammer. Both can be swung out of  and  into drilling axis easily within seconds thus enabling to change the drilling or soil sampling method on site without any mountings or dismountings.

Once both components are swung out, the free space can be used for a high speed core drilling power swivel or a penetration device for performing dynamic penetration such as DPL and DPH acc. to the Standard EN 22476.

The power head BK 300 is equipped with very high torque ( 1500 / 3000 Nm ) suitable to perform Hollow Stem Auger drilling operations down to 25m depth within favorable soil conditions.

Various breaker hammers are available depending on customers’ needs.

The rig is usually also equipped with a hydraulic winch and a hydraulic operated pipe clamp. A hydraulic clamp with hydraulic push/pull function is available, too and a swivel for mud rotary application.

For customers aiming at a greater depth ranges a mast with enlarged pulling capacity of 2500 kg can be mounted instead of the standard 1400 kg version.
